Shipping and Returns
Please double-check the name, spelling, and phone number to be embroidered on your goods. We cannot take responsibility for errors made by the buyer.
Carefully select the correct size, collar/lead colour, and thread colour for embroidery, as refunds cannot be provided once goods have been personalised.
Refunds will only be accepted for faulty goods on arrival, not for change of mind.
Requests for refunds or returns must be made in writing within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
All costs for returns, including postage, packaging, and insurance, are the responsibility of the buyer.
